Suprised at only 10 days from ordering (including 2 weekends) until delivered on doorstep all taxes paid. My next suprise was "this thing is robustly made", I had expected something that had a limited life span, this was built to last and contrary to other reviews mine was well packed and all the pieces were secure. I took half an hour to put it together and that was taking my time. Both bakes needed very slight adjustment which was outlined in the manual and the gearing needed a tweak with the help of a youtube video I had seen while waiting for the bike. Took it out on a test run for a couple of miles and had to adjust the seat height upwards as I originally measured it standing still with no weight on the suspended seat. Enjoyed the quick ride and found that by sitting in the upright position that these bikes give, made it very easy to look over my shoulder to assess following traffic. Overall very good value for a total price of £603, a bit more than some offers and a bit less than others but I'm happy with what I paid and the product I received. One last thing, I've just checked the charger and it's running a bit warm, not hot but I think I'll be keeping an eye on it.
